What to look for

  • Opens with Actor: ISO — toggle Merchant in the admin toolbar to compare permissions side-by-side
  • Bank step shows connection state but blocks ISO from linking — merchant must connect
  • Business step lets ISO review fields while IDV remains a merchant-only action
  • Contract is preview-only — no checkbox, signature pad, or Complete button for ISO
